One of my favorite stories involved a customer that needed furniture fast. She was having a grand opening at her business and needed her new furniture within 7 days. I made a quick call to the manufacturer, then a call to our carrier who has an expedited shipping program. As a collective effort, we were able to deliver the furniture one day before the due date! My customer had enough time to arrange the office and make a great impression for her clients. Opening day was a success!
In my spare time, I enjoy running and lifting weights and staying active. I am also back in school which is no small feat with two small children and a full time job but I enjoy the challenge.
